As Key Account Manager, Ryan is responsible for developing national and regional accounts along with managing the implementation of key national and international accounts utilizing the sector customer value proposition to realize significant profitable value for Diversey while ensuring strong customer value and partnership.

 

Ryan began his career with Diversey in 2015 in our North American Technical Support Department earning the Lead Role. As Lead, he helped to launch what is known today as Diversey Remote Guidance. This tool has helped provide significant cost savings to our Field Operations, reducing the number of physical service vehicles on customer sites and in addition, establishing himself as a product knowledge expert. Since his time in North American Technical Support, he has continued to broaden his experience in Sales Support as the Sales Coordinator of Open Channel Distribution with specific focus on Prosumer Solutions, to Sr. Project Manager of Open Channel Distribution (Customer Facing). His problem-solving skillset was then requested by NALT to aid as Interim Associate Manager of Customer Supply Chain, to now being Key Account Manager of Hospitality, Foodservice, & Long Term Care.

 

In his nearly eight-year career here with Diversey, Ryan has shown himself to be a team player on many levels. He obtained his Professional Project Management from the University of Maryland in the Art of Story Telling & Effective Communication from the Project Management Center of Excellence.

David Hammerquist is one of Diversey’s Operational Excellence Managers. As a member of the OEX team, he provides training and support to both new and veteran technicians in the field. David has been in the chemical industry for over 40 years, much of which he spent as a laundry specialist. He has been with Diversey for over 25 of those 40 years, in various positions – a field technician, a territory manager, an account executive, laundry specialist, application expert, and now on the OEX team. His primary role is to train technicians on all aspects of the laundry process and to develop the required training materials and processes.

 

David believes in equipping the technicians with a thorough knowledge of their job so that Diversey can continue to provide excellent customer service and superior results. David’s extensive knowledge of commercial laundries, chemicals, dispensers, and laundry equipment has made him in high demand all over the world for training and technical assistance. Companies in Singapore, Russia, Portugal, England, Saudi Arabia, and more, have sought him out to provide their employees with a deeper understanding of laundry chemicals and laundry processes.

 

David is the kind of person that goes the extra mile to help his fellow Diversey employees. He usually knows the answer, but if he doesn’t he will find someone who does. Dave is gifted at finding solutions for both Diversey employees and Diversey customers. He is a highly valued resource with an encyclopedic knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.

Carine A Nkemngong, Ph.D.

Sr. Scientist-Food Safety Expert

Carine Nkemngong has a PhD in food microbiology from Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana. In 2017, Carine moved to the US under the USCIS diversity lottery program. Prior to relocating, she earned an MS in Crop Protection from the University of Buea-Cameroon and worked as an R&D Officer for the agro-American giant Herakles Farms Cameroon.

Carine joined the Diversey team in January of 2021 as a Sr. Scientist Food Safety Expert. She has primary responsibility to support Diversey and its customers with microbiological and food safety expertise. She was been actively participating in delivering high quality food safety support to Diversey’s customers through onsite visits, sanitation crew coaching and science-based approaches to troubleshooting customer sanitation concerns. Carine has wide experience working with bacterial biofilms and bacterial spores. She is passionate about changing the food safety landscape through science-driven approaches.

Claire Khosravi, PhD, currently works for Diversey Europe Operations as the European Infection Prevention Application and Technical Team Lead. She provides expert Microbiology consultation and application of EN testing standards across portfolios and external customers. She presents at Infection Prevention events and monitors the scientific literature related to environmental hygiene. She delivers training programs for technical managers and application specialists at a Global level. The trainings cover general microbiology, hygiene, infection control, and disinfectants and their mode of action.
